The service
CakeCraft AI converts names and images into 3D-printable cookie cutter and stamp files (STL), and generates related recipes and printability guidance. Generations consume Craft Credits from your plan, packs, or top-ups. The standard export of a successfully generated cutter is included with that generation.
Licenses — License v1 (draft pending final review)
- Personal-use license. Free, Occasion Pack, and Baker artifacts may be used for personal, non-commercial baking. You may print them for yourself, family, and friends.
- Commercial license (Pro). Designs generated while your Pro subscription is active carry a commercial license: you may sell baked goods made with them and use them in your business. A commercial license attached to a completed artifact remains valid after later cancellation; new commercial generations require an active Pro plan.
- Licenses do not transfer copyright in third-party material you upload. You are responsible for having the rights to images you provide.
Manufactured goods
You print and use cutters at your own discretion. 3D-printed items are user-manufactured goods: inspect prints before food contact, follow our food-contact guidance, and do not use resin prints for food-contact cutters.
Credits and refunds
Credit grants, expiry, and refunds are described in our refund policy. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and you keep plan benefits until then.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass usage metering, resell platform access, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts engaged in fraud or abuse.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numen Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
