Refund Policy

14-day refund window
Email support@cakecraftai.com within 14 days of your first payment for any plan, pack, or top-up and we will refund it in full. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically settle within 5–10 business days after we process them; we process requests within 3 business days.
What happens to credits and files
- Refunding a purchase removes the credits it granted that you have not yet used.
- Files you exported before the refund from credits you actually consumed remain yours under their license.
- Refunding a Pro subscription ends its commercial license for future generations.
Subscriptions
You can cancel any subscription at any time from the billing portal — no email needed. Cancellation stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Renewal invoices are refundable within 14 days of the renewal charge.
