What we collect
When you create an account, we store your email address and authentication identity with Supabase, our authentication and database provider. Your generated designs and account activity (credits, purchases) are stored so the product works across sessions.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep a record of what you purchased, the amount, and Stripe reference identifiers needed to deliver what you paid for and to handle refunds.
Analytics
With your consent, we collect product analytics through PostHog to understand which features work. Analytics events never include your name, email, prompts, generated designs, or payment identifiers. You can revoke consent at any time from the cookie banner settings, and tracking stops immediately.
Anonymous use
You can try the generator without an account. Free anonymous usage is metered by a random identifier stored in a cookie on your device. It contains no personal information and is not used for advertising or fingerprinting.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not send your personal details to analytics or advertising platforms.
- We do not use browser fingerprinting.
Your rights
You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@cakecraftai.com from your account email. We respond within 30 days.
