First-time subscribers are eligible for a 7-day money-back guaranteestarting from the date of your first payment.
To request a refund under our 7-day guarantee:
We will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
Annual subscriptions have an extended refund period:
If you cancel an annual subscription within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a prorated refund calculated as follows:
Refund Amount = Annual Price - (Monthly Equivalent × Months Used)
Example: Home Pro Annual ($190)
Annual subscriptions cancelled after 30 days are not eligible for refunds. However, your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent renewal periods.
Monthly subscriptions operate on a no-refund policy after the 7-day guarantee period.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will have access to the Service until the subscription expires.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused credits or time remaining in your billing period. Use your remaining credits before cancellation!
All new subscribers receive a free trial period:
You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period without charge. Simply cancel from your account dashboard before the trial ends.
Free trials are limited to one per customer (per email address). Subsequent subscriptions will not include a trial period.

If our Service experiences downtime exceeding 4 consecutive hours, we will extend your subscription by a proportional amount of time or provide additional credits at our discretion.
